Tiếp theo, bạn cho khoai tây bào sợi vào từng ô trong khuôn bánh. Dùng tay ấn nhẹ khoai lên thành khuôn để tạo thành chỗ rỗng ở giữa. Rắc thêm một chút muối và tiêu, đồng thời xịt thêm một lớp mỏng bơ nữa.
Bây giờ thì bạn cho khuôn khoai tây vào lò và nướng ở 220 độ C trong vòng 20 – 25 phút. Khi thấy khoai chín giòn chuyển màu vàng nâu là được. Đợi phần “tổ chim” bằng khoai tây nguội thì bạn đập trứng vào từng ô trong khuôn bánh nhé.
Cuối cùng, đem khuôn trứng vào lò và tiếp tục nướng 1 lần nữa ở 220 độ C trong vòng 10-15 phút là được. Tùy theo sở thích của bạn ăn trứng lòng đào hay chín kỹ thì mình điều chỉnh thời gian nướng trứng nhé. Vậy là hoàn thành rồi.
