Dầu làm nóng lên cho tỏi bằm. Hành tím bằm. Sả bằm vô phi cho thơm. Sau đó đổ vô hỗn họp sốt. Và quấy đều cho hỗn hop quện lại với nhau thành sốt ướp sườn
Chúng ta nên ướp sườn khoảng 30 phút. Sau đó nướng dưới bếp than củi. Khi thấy màu vàng ngả đều màu là được.
