Ngày nay món ăn Hàn Quốc được phổ biến rất rộng rãi và được các bạn ưa thích. Hôm nay mình mượn sốt tương Hàn Quốc để làm Món mực sốt tương để phục vụ cho gia đình.
Ớt chuông cắt dài, hành tây cắt múi mỏng, cà rốt gọt vỏ cắt miếng hay tỉa hoa. Nấm mỡ rửa sạch, cắt lát.
Bắt chảo lên bếp, cho vào 2 muỗng canh dầu, chờ dầu hơi nóng cho tỏi và hành tây vào xào 1-2 phút cho thơm, rồi cho cà rốt và mực vào xào 4 phút.
Kế tiếp cho ớt chuông và nấm vào xào chung 3 phút nữa. Cuối cùng cho các gia vị gồm 2 muỗng canh tương ớt, 1 muỗng cà phê dầu hào,1 muỗng cà phê đường, 2 muỗng canh nước tương vào xào cho đến khi nước khô thì nếm nếm lại cho vừa khẩu vị là tắt bếp.
Cho mực ra đĩa rắc hành lá cắt nhỏ lên trên. Dùng nóng với cơm nóng ngon tuyệt vời nhé!
