Hành tây bóc vỏ, cắt thành lát mỏng. Cà chua rửa sạch, cắt làm 4. Thơm cắt vỏ, bỏ mắt rồi cắt thành miếng mỏng.
Cá hồi làm sạch, cắt khúc. Cần tây rửa sạch, cắt khúc vừa ăn.
Làm nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn trong nồi, cho hành tây vào, xào thơm.
Tiếp theo, cho cà chua, thơm vào xào khoảng 5 phút. Sau đó, đổ vào nồi khoảng 1 lít nước, nấu sôi.
Khi thấy nước sôi, cho cá hồi vào, nêm 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt, 1 muỗng canh đường trắng sao cho vừa ăn.
Đợi cá hồi chín, cho cần tây vào là được. Múc canh ra tô, bạn có thể ăn cùng với cơm nhé! 1 tô canh nóng, ngon và hấp dẫn cho một bữa ăn thịnh soạn rồi!
